The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, making for a peaceful and restful stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with any queries. Its location, although a bit out of town, meant the area was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The hotel also provided free tea and coffee as well as bottled water, which was a thoughtful addition.
The bed was quite hard, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. Although not too far from the town centre, the location required transportation to get to, which could be a bit of a hassle.

We loved the quiet, homely atmosphere of this place! It's nestled in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close to important locations such as the night market and local markets. the huge, comfortable rooms and friendly service made us feel right at home. the hotel also provided coffee, hot chocolate, and yummy snacks which was a huge bonus. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the peaceful balcony, overlooking the beautiful view of the place.
The hotel could work on better communication skills among the staff.

Secondly, the owner and staff were incredibly helpful and sweet, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the location was ideal for my trip as it was just outside the center but still close to a small market where I could find places to eat. this hotel offered good value for money with clean facilities and even had rooms with balconies.
Not very near from the downtown, but it's nice to be able to choose when to be at the center of the city.
